Cultural Arts Education 

​Cultural arts education programs as Hmong Cultural Center aim to promote the personal development, self-esteem, and social skills of children, youth and adults, and to help ensure the survival of Hmong culture and traditions. 

Qeej Class

Classes at Hmong Cultural Center teach students in the art of the Qeej - a traditional instrument widely known as a cultural symbol of Hmong identity.

Marriage Ceremony & Funeral Customs Class

The MeejKoob (traditional Hmong Marriage Ceremony) and Kev PamTuag (Funeral Customs) program teaches traditional songs and customs.  

Hmong Embroidery 

A virtual museum of Hmong textiles educates viewers about the different types of traditional and modern Hmong embroidery and the meanings attached.
